Smokehouse Cracker Quiche Crust

Quiche might sound fancy, but it's very easy to make. Spice up any quiche recipe by substituting plain pie crust for a Smokehouse Cracker crust.
2 cups of Smokehouse Cracker (any flavor)
1/3 cup of melted butter.
Crush crackers in a food processor or blender. You can also place in a plastic bag and roll with a rolling pin. Place in a bowl and pour melted butter into the mixture. Mix well with your hands. Push crackers into a pie plate. Add quiche mixture of your choice and bake.
