Not Yo Mama’s “White” Pimento Cheese Dip

Let's kick off Football Season with the perfect addition to your tailgate or watch party! This recipe has been a favorite of our friends and family for years. Because of the sharpness of the white cheddar, it has a surprisingly different flavor than most pimento cheese spreads. It has been a hit with even the “non” pimento cheese lovers!


8 oz cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup mayo (our favorite is Hellmann’s)

8 oz diced pimentos (drained very well)

16 oz sharp white cheddar (shredded)

4 oz pepper jack (shredded)

4 oz of aged white cheddar (shredded)

1/4 bag sharp yellow cheddar (shredded)

1 tbsp coarse black pepper

1 tbsp sugar

Salt to taste


  1. Mix your cream cheese and mayo in a mixer.

  2. Fold in the pimentos and cheese.

  3. Add all the seasonings and remaining ingredients to the mixture and blend.

  4. Pairs best with our Spicy Crackers - Scoop and Enjoy!
