Sweet and Spicy Crackers

This idea came from a customer, but I can't remember who it was. Thank you whoever you are. They have become a favorite and we have made them for holidays and shared them many times over the years. If you are a salty sweet spicy kind of person.....you will love this recipe.
Chocolate (we like dark the best, but milk and white works too)
Melt chocolate in the microwave (set to 25% power and 15-20 seconds and stir until melted)
When chocolate is liquified, dip crackers half way leaving one side uncoated.
Lay on wax paper and sprinkle with corse sea salt.
Pop them in the freezer for a few minuets to set the chocolate and then serve.
