This version of Ham features Smokehouse Crackers.
2 cup ham deli style chopped course, ¼ “ dice or less
2 tsp Dijon mustard
4 tsp spicy brown mustard
4 Tbs Mayo
4 Tbs sweet pickles, finely chopped + 4 tsp of the pickle juice
Pinch of celery seed
Mix all ingredients together. Once mixed, let sit in fridge for 1hr or more, overnight is best.
The sweet of the ham salad, combined with the spice of the crackers is a perfect combo of sweet & heat.
