Deep Fried Deviled Eggs w/ Smokehouse Cracker crumbs

Ingredients
Six boiled eggs Mixture for egg yolks: 3 Tbsp Mayo 1 Tbsp Sour Cream 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce 1 Tsp Garlic Powder 1 Minced Jalapeño 1 Tsp Kosher Salt 1 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1/2 Cup Smokehouse Crackers
2 Tbsp Milk
Vegetable Oil for Frying
Directions
Mix all ingredients with cooked egg yokes and refrigerate. Dredge cooked egg whites in flour, then beaten egg yolks with a splash of milk, then coat with 1/2 Panko and 1/2 Spices Smokehouse Crackers. Cook for 2-3 minutes in oil at 350 degrees and drain. Place mixture in a plastic bag and cut the corner. Top fried egg with mixture. Add a fresh slice of jalapeño on top (optional)

This was a pretty chill read—nothing felt padded out, and I didn’t have to keep jumping back to figure out what the point was. I liked how it slipped in small everyday examples so the advice actually sticks, instead of just tossing tips at you. Halfway through I ended up clicking around newimage.io for a bit too, mostly because it gives off that same “here’s the why, not just the what” vibe when you want to go a step further. The tone feels like it’s written by someone who’s actually tried this stuff and learned what works the hard way. Also, the page itself is easy on the eyes, with clear headings and short chunks of text that make skimming…
